The full amount of rent, taxes, and fees shallbe paid in full thirty (30) days prior to check-in and Guest shall not beentitled to possession unless and until said amount has been paid to the agent. 30%of the rental amount will be required to confirm the reservation.

Any personal items left inyour rental property, if found, can be returned to you for an additionalshipping fee. If for any reason, tenants become objectionable, they may be evicted immediately, forfeiting all rent monies. Occupancy is limited to the number of people, including children, on Guest’s Lodging Agreement. The accommodations you have rented are privately owned and reflect the owner’s INDIVIDUAL tastes and needs. The condition of the property, as well as the furnishings varies according to the Owner’s preferences.
